Are you an experienced Auto Liability Adjuster who enjoys managing claims from investigation through resolution rather than handling just one piece of the process?

CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Texas-licensed Auto Liability Adjuster for an established insurance company in Dallas, TX. This position will manage auto liability claims from first notice of loss through resolution, including coverage review, liability investigations, property damage, and bodily injury claims.

The ideal candidate brings strong investigative skills and hands-on auto liability experience, with casualty and bodily injury experience highly preferred.
Responsibilities

• Manage auto liability claims from first notice of loss through resolution.
• Conduct thorough claim investigations, including obtaining statements and reviewing accident facts.
• Analyze coverage and determine liability.
• Coordinate vehicle inspections and assist with property damage resolution.
• Evaluate and handle bodily injury claims, including attorney-represented claims.
• Evaluate claim exposure and negotiate settlements within assigned authority.
• Maintain accurate and timely claim documentation, diaries, and pending inventory.
• Identify suspicious-loss indicators and escalate concerns when appropriate.
• Provide responsive, professional customer service throughout the claims process.
• Maintain compliance with applicable insurance regulations and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Current Texas claims/adjuster license required.
• Previous auto liability claims adjusting experience required.
• Strong claims investigation and liability determination experience.
• Casualty and bodily injury experience strongly preferred.
• Experience evaluating and negotiating bodily injury claims preferred.
• Experience with attorney-represented claims is a plus.
• Ability to independently manage a claims inventory and multiple priorities.
• Strong investigative, analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
• College degree preferred but not required; relevant experience will be strongly considered.
• Insurance-related coursework or designations such as IIA or CPCU are a plus.
