CornerStone has partnered with a local healthcare company in their search for a Workforce Management Manager to mentor and develop the Workforce Management Analyst in the scheduling, staffing, forecasting and analytics of their call center.   We are seeking someone well versed in the Noble ShiftTrack Workforce Management Software that can automate all reporting; KPI’s, Attendance (breaks, leave early, arrive late, absences, etc.), vacation time, peak call times, attrition rates, availability, average call times etc.  We are looking for someone to optimize the program to provide a better customer experience and a more conducive work environment for personnel.  
Requirements for the Workforce Management Manager:
  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance or experience in the industry
  • Omni-Channel experience a must; inbound, outbound, blended, chat and email
  • 7+ years of Workforce Management Planning & Strategy
  • Ability to mentor and lead WFM Analyst
  • Experience with Noble ShiftTrack WFM system highly desired; similar system will be considered
  • Advanced Microsoft Office
  • Ability to analyze and find problems or gaps in call center, assess the impact on the business, suggest solutions, train staff and give correction action initiatives to management team
  • Strong quantitative skills
  • Healthcare experience a plus
  • Background check, reference check and drug screen will be conducted
