CornerStone has partnered with a global investment banker in their search for a VP of Treasury to join their growing U.S. Operations.   The desired candidate will have extensive years of experience in both Risk Management and Cash Management.   The will lead a team of 13+ analyst in cash management; transactions, cash movement, ledger integrity and adherence to legal regulations and requirements.   We are seeking someone to build out the front and back design of workflow for the proprietary system they utilize.  As they have new mergers and acquisitions, they will ensure that acquisitions systems talk and work effectively with theirs.   We are seeking someone who can work in a fast paced environment that thrives in the payment regulation and infrastructure space.
Responsibilities of VP of Treasury:
  • Bachelor or Master in Finance, Economics, Statistics or Quantitative Analytics
  • 5+ years of Treasury Operations Management for a global finance institution
  • Must have CHIPS, CHAPS, BACS, SWIFT, ACH, SEPA, Target 2, etc. experience
  • Must have years of Risk Management and Cash Management experience
  • Must have experience in cash management, incoming and outgoing movements, reconciliation of accounts and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements
  • Must have experience leading a team of 13-14 junior analyst and associates; hiring, training, mentoring
  • ISO project management
  • Prior exposure handling complex, high profile projects that are multi-month or multi-year in length
  • Ability to work across different business units
  • Ability to work in the office the majority of the week; 1-2 days working from home will be considered
