CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Vice President of Business Development for a Servicing Lender in Fort Worth, Texas. As the VP of Business Development you will be responsible for developing and directing all activities relating to business development and will report directly to the President. This person will recruit, hire, and develop an effective team, establish strategic growth plans, develop and implement marketing plans and promote the highest quality image of innovate within the auto finance community. Qualified Candidates should have a successful track record of business development, business growth and profitability, expert level salesmanship, be a consummate networker and have a client focused mindset. Requirements 

* Sales or Sales leadership experience within auto finance industry preferred but not required

* Proven experience developing a growth strategy and building and leading a team to achieve stated strategy 

* Successful track record of business development, business growth and profitability

* Strategic acumen to identify and plan for the capabilities and talent needed to support the company’s aggressive growth plan 

* Experience designing and implementing commercially viable operational and/or funding products based on clients’ needs

* Expert level salesmanship, communication and interpersonal skills, a consummate networker



Compensation

* Direct Hire

* Salary 125-175K (Based on Experience) 

* Monday-Friday 8-5
