- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, English, or Journalist or related field is desired.
- 3+ years of business or technical writing experience
- Experience with MS Office to include proven expert level proficiency in Word
- Experience with Visio is preferred
- Knowledge/experienc with SnagIt and Axure is preferred
- Knowledge of PDF tools is required
- Experience with HTML is preferred.
