Job Description

The Technical Support Technician will respond and resolve customers’ phone and email technical issues including system, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting for AC and DC Power systems. Other duties will include creating product troubleshooting, repairing MOP’s, DUES testing, documentation and tracking NPI First Article Status. The ideal candidate will have experience with telecom power system technical support and/or product repair experience and excellent battery backed up power system troubleshooting skills.

Requirements of the Technical Support Technician:
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Engineering or related discipline
  • 3+ years’ experience in technical support of AC and/or DC Power systems
  • Proficiency with computer software including MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and ERP (SAP) Systems
  • Excellent battery backed up power system troubleshooting skills
  • Professional verbal and written English communication skills
