CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Technical Support Lead for leading resident screening client in the Irving area. As the Technical Support Lead, you will be responsible for leading the technical support team, providing technical support to customers, creating daily and weekly reports, monitoring trends, troubleshooting, administers products. Qualified candidates will have at least 3-5 years of direct customer technical support experience in video surveillance systems, computers and electronics.


Requirements & Responsibilities for the Technical Support Lead:

  • 3-5+ years of direct customer technical support experience in video surveillance systems, computers and electronics
  • Team Lead experience is required
  • Experience with CRM and/or help desk ticketing applications
  • Troubleshooting skills and ability to communicate technical information
  • Strong time management and problem solving skills

Compensation for the Technical Support Lead

  • Direct Hire
  • Monday - Friday, flexible to work between 7:30am - 6pm
  • Will be required to work one weekend per month and a rotational holiday
  • $48K - $54K (+/- based on experience)
  • 100% On-Site in Richardson, TX
