CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Technical Support Specialist for leading cinema client in the Carrollton, TX or Sacramento, CA area. As the Technical Support Specialist, you will provide support cinema customers, troubleshoot issues remotely for customers, diagnose and repair issues, create parts orders, log cases. Qualified candidates will have at least 1-3 years of technical support experience.


Requirements & Responsibilities for the Technical Support Specialist:

  • 1-3 years of technical support experience
  • Experience with electronics troubleshooting
  • Experience working with video equipment, such as projectors
  • Experience working with Linux, Windows Server and Salesforce CRM Solutions
  • Strong attention to detail, strong communication skills and customer service skills

Compensation for the Technical Support Specialist:

  • Direct Hire
  • 3rd shift/Overnight Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:30pm - 3am
    • Must be able to work on-call schedule and have a flex schedule
  • $24 - $26/hr
  • Hybrid Schedule: 2 WFH and 3 in office
  • Located in Carrollton, TX and Sacramento, CA
