Job Description
Technical Support-Mortgage Servicing:
- 2+ years of Mortgage loan servicing experience
- Ability to train clients on the software and provide system support via phone and email
- Ability to conduct webinars and presentation to educate the client on, as well as conduct testing to ensure quality assurance of the system.
- Must have a technical acumen with knowledge of the mortgage industry
- Able to work in a hybrid situation; some remote work days allowed after 6 months of employment with the company
- Ability to travel with in the U.S. as needed
- Valid drivers license and insurance
