Job Description

CornerStone has partnered with a local software and servicing company in their search for a Technical Support representative with experience working n the Mortgage loan servicing industry.   We are seek a candidate that is familiar with all facets mortgage servicing and their system applications and software pertinent to the industry.   The desired candidate will have knowledge and exposure to ARM Analysis, payment processing, escrow administration, investor reporting, etc.  

Technical Support-Mortgage Servicing:
  • 2+ years of Mortgage loan servicing experience
  • Ability to train clients on the software and provide system support via phone and email
  • Ability to conduct webinars and presentation to educate the client on, as well as conduct testing to ensure quality assurance of the system. 
  • Must have a technical acumen with knowledge of the mortgage industry
  • Able to work in a hybrid situation; some remote work days allowed after 6 months of employment with the company
  • Ability to travel with in the U.S. as needed
  • Valid drivers license and insurance
