CornerStone has partnered with an organization in their search for a Technical Recruiter to join their growing team.   We need a recruiter that has been completely immersed in the technical space and knows the intricacies of IT driven roles and can speak the lingo.  This is full cycle recruiting; sourcing, engaging, recruiting, interviewing, offer and onboarding of candidates.  We are seeking a person able to build out a pipeline of qualified technical talent.
Requirements for the Technical Recruiter:
  •  3+ years of technical recruiting handling a high volume of requisitions
  •  Ability to recruit in a variety of venues and job boards utilizing Boolean searches and working through networks
  • Familiarity processing sponsorship applications is a plus
  • PHR or SPHR a plus
  •  Exposure and use of ATS systems
  • Bachelor degree preferred, but not required
