Our client in Irving, TX is seeking a Team Manager to provide oversight and direction at its call center location. We are looking for a strong individual that thrives in a dynamic environment while able to drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will be responssible for leading, motivating, and developing a team while also creating loyalty with their clients to promote their brand. 

Requirements for the Team Manager:
  • Extensive experience within a call center environment
  • Proven track record of leading, motivating, and developing teams of 10+ people
  • Passion and prior experience in the fashion industry is strongly desired
  • 3+ years of management experience in a call center environment required.
