Team Lead/RS

CornerStone Professional Placement has partnered with a major medical insurance provider client seeking a Reimbursement Team Lead based in TX, NC or FL. As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the day-to-day administration of the team’s benefit verifications and investigations. You will oversee the team’s production, and customer needs, address concerns and provide support in a timely manner. Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in the specialty pharmacy, medical insurance or reimbursement industries. Requirements for the Reimbursement Team Lead:

* 2+ years of experience in the specialty pharmacy, medical insurance or reimbursement industries (Blizzard Season)

* Background in benefit verifications and investigations

* Experience working in a call center environment, a plus

* Experience as a Lead is a plus, but not required

* Ability to work any shift between 8am and 8pm EST

Compensation for the Reimbursement Team Lead:

* 3-month Contract assignment

* Location: 100% remote, but must be able to work onsite for 3 days in The Colony, TX, Charlotte, NC or Lake Mary, FL

* Pay: $20-22/hour (based on experience)

* Schedule: Monday to Friday (any shift between 8am and 8pm EST)
