Position Highlights:

  • Title: Tax Manager
  • Location: Fully onsite in Nashville, TN
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday - No weekends, flexible hours!
  • Compensation: $125K +/- BOE + Bonus Opportunities

Role Overview:

As a Tax Manager, you’ll oversee critical tax functions, provide guidance to your team, and work directly with an exclusive clientele. This is a unique opportunity to balance professional impact with exceptional work-life harmony.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the preparation of diverse tax filings across multiple client types.
  • Support clients with international tax compliance and planning.
  • Monitor and ensure accurate tax payments and projections.
  • Handle tax-related inquiries, audits, and compliance matters.
  • Guide team members on best practices and maintain process efficiency.
  • Assist with business entity setup and closure, ensuring all documentation is in order.
  • Stay current with evolving tax regulations and implement necessary updates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (CPA required).
  • 7+ years of experience in tax practice, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and advanced tax software.
  • Experience in business management or financial services for high-net-worth clients is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
