SVP of Human Resources
Job Description
CornerStone has partnered with a local company in their search for a SVP of Human Resources that would directly report to the CHRO and lead a team of HR Business Partners. We are seeking a SVP that has experience in the financial services or mortgage verticals. The Director will devise annual talent initiatives; compensation planning, goal setting, performance reviews and succession planning. They will play an intricate role in employee engagement and company culture.
Requirements for the SVP of Human Resources:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other relevant discipline
- Must have 5+ years of experience leading a team of HR Business Partners; preferably in a matrixed HR Environment
- Financial Services background is required; mortgage HR highly preferred
- Ability to work in the office Monday-Thursday and work-from-home on Fridays
