CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking an Production Showsite Supervisor for an event management company in Nashville, TN. As the Production Showsite Supervisor you will assist the Operations Manager to lead and direct all aspects of the company’s operational policies, objectives, and initiatives. You will supervise varying teams, interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders and assign duties to workers, ensure all established costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met and will analyze financial reporting to ensure budgetary success. Qualified Candidates should have three or more year’s tradeshow/convention experience as well as three years supervisory experience. Candidates should also have a record of achieving revenue and service goals within budget, an in depth Trade Show 200 production knowledge, and significant experience in all aspects of decorating, production and operations of events. ·        High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience

·        3+ years Trade Show/Convention or related industry experience 

·         3+ years Supervisory experience

·        Excellent internal and external customer service skills 

·         Successful at recruiting, developing, managing and retaining employees

·        Trade Show 200 production knowledge

·        Salary 60/K

·         Monday-Friday 8-5

·        Travel 50%-75%
