CornerStone Staffing has partnered with a local company currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager experienced in high volume recruitment nationally. We are seeking someone experienced with leading a large team of up to 25 recruiters, with project ramp ups that can be 300-1000 people needed in a short time frame.  We are seeking someone able to develop strategic recruiting campaigns for large ramp ups while simultaneously managing up to 400 requisitions nationwide.  

Requirements of the National Talent Acquisition Manager:

  • Must have 5+ years of recruiting experience leading teams of up to 25 recruiters on a national scale
  • Must have the ability to handle multiple ramp up projects at a given time due to M&A or new business
  • Require experience in high volume recruitment campaigns to be achieved in short time frames of 60-90 days while simultaneously managing up to 400 requisitions
  • Airport recruitment or heavy call center ramp ups highly desired
