* Bachelor degree desired but NOT required!
* Three or more years exclusive IT / technical recruiting experience
* No more than 2-jobs in 5-years
* Proven track record of exceptional sales and relationship building skills
* Current network and pipeline of IT professionals
* Knowledge of MS Office
* Ability to multitask and establish priorities
* Self-discipline and strong time management skills
