CornerStone Professional Placement has partnered with a client seeking a Contract Compliance Administrator. This role will be responsible for performing complex professional technical and administrative work for purchasing activities, including purchasing and contract administration. This role is responsible for procuring highly complicated/high-profile projects in various disciplines, such as architectural and engineering services, construction, and related supplies and services. The Purchasing Manager ensures all procurement activities adhere to applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations.


Responsibilites:

- Oversee procurement of highly complex projects, adhering to relevant laws and policies.

- Prepare technical specifications, contracts, and solicitation documents, conducting thorough research and value analysis.

- Coordinate bid and proposal management, recommending suitable bidders for projects.

- Manage contract administration, ensuring compliance and negotiating changes when necessary.

- Maintain procurement process integrity, communicate policies, and provide support to the team.


Minimum Qualifications:

- Education, Experience, and Training:

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a job-related field of study.

- Three (3) years of professional work-related experience in purchasing, contracts administration, and negotiation.


- Required Certifications:

  - Certified Professional Public Buyer (CPPB), Certified Professional Public Officer (CPPO), or equivalent certifications, or the ability to obtain the CPPB/CPPO within three (3) years of hire.
