Job Description
CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Service Manager/Dispatcher for a highly regarded client in the equipment servicing industry. As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing field service technicians and dispatching, overseeing all equipment parts servicing-related activities, managing work orders, and communicate with customers on quotes and scheduling. Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years of experience as a Service Manager or Dispatcher role in an equipment parts servicing setting. Requirements for the Service Manager:
- 5+ years of management experience in an equipment servicing environment, preferred
- High school or technical school education background, preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Must have technical knowledge and computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work fully on-site
Compensation for the Service Manager:
- Contract-to-Hire
- Location: 100% on-site in Irving, TX
- Pay: $30-38/hr, plus bonus potential
