CornerStone has partnered with a national company in their search for talented REMOTE TECHNICAL RECRUITERS (Sr. Recruiter and Jr. Recruiter) well versed in recruiting Microsoft Stack; azure, cloud, devops, c#, etc.  They will handled full cycle recruiting for locations across the country; sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation job offers, extending offers and assisting with review of onboarding status as needed.   We are seeking an aggressive recruiter, well-networked and able to source passive candidates.   
Requirements of REMOTE TECHNICAL RECRUITER:
  • 3+ years of technical recruitment handling a 15+ requisitions at a time
  • Ability to work independent, remote, with little supervision
  • Must be able to prioritize recruitment load based on company needs and urgency and response from management
  • Collaborate and communicate with management about key needs in their area to assess skillset, key requirements of role and urgency of need
  • Creative, out-of-the box thinker on recruitment venues, ways to source and experienced in Boolean
  • Ultipro a plus
