CornerStone has partnered with a global technology and solutions company in their search for a Senior Sales Recruiter to handle full cycle recruitment on a global scale.   The company is expanding exponentially.   The company has spared no expense on venues available to reach top talent in the industry.   The desired candidate will source, internal and external venues, cold call, network, interview and qualify talent.   We are seeking some experienced in creating and maintaining job descriptions and postings for their roles, running email campaigns through LinkedIn and networking with their contacts.   We are seeking an independent worker, as this manager is not into micromanaging their team.  They are a cohesive group, all hands on deck mentality.  If this is the type of team you thrive in, please apply immediately!
Requirements for the Senior Sales Recruiter:
  • 5+ years in sales recruiting  
  • Prefer 7 years or more in recruitment roles, but not required.  Will accept education plus some years recruiting for technology services and solutions environment
  • Bachelor degree preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work a hybrid work schedule; 2 days work from home/3 days in the office
  • Able to work independently and prioritize requisitions and management needs
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, outlook and ATS systems
