Job Description

Our client in Dallas is seeking a Senior Employee Relations (ER) Specialist for a contract-to-hire opportunity. In this role you will be responsible for planning, designing, and implementing ER programs, policies, and procedures. The Sr. ER Specialist will also be reviewing reports to find inefficiencies and streamline and set standards for new ER SOPs and provide training to HR team members to meet project/company objectives/goals. 

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 6+ years of related/specialized ER experience
  • Experience with terminations/exit interviews, realignments, unemployment, and compliance
  • Prior experience in managing vendor relationships to include third-party vendors, unemployment, and drug screening
