Job Description

CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking an energetic Sales Representative to join a mission-driven botanical extracts company in Irving, TX. This hybrid role bridges sales and operations, supporting both revenue growth and smooth internal workflows. Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer success, operations, or account management-and a collaborative, detail-oriented mindset.

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Location: Hybrid-Irving, TX (4 days onsite per week)

Schedule: M-F during core business hours

Compensation: $70-85K/year, based on experience

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the VP of Sales and sales team to supportAC lead outreach, qualification, and follow-up
  • Manage inbound leads and initiate outreach via phone and email
  • Act as a liaison between sales, manufacturing, and logistics for seamless communication
  • Monitor inbound shipments and coordinate with fulfillment/logistics partners
  • Assist with order entry, invoicing, and compliance documentation
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to product details, shipping schedules, and order issues

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer success, operations, or account management
  • Experience in manufacturing or botanical ingredients is a plus
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite) and MS Office or Google Suite
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Able to work onsite in Irving at least four days a week and adapt to changing needs
