Sales Representative - Christian Non-Profit

Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex

 

CornerStone's Professional Placement has partnered with a local Christian non-profit organization that is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to help their organization gain awareness in the community. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with Sales experience that is passionate about doing the Lord's work and believes the Bible belongs in public schools, particularly at the high school level. As the Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building & maintaining relationships with Head Pastors and churches within targeted areas to announce the new curriculum that will be introduced to their local school district in the upcoming semesters. This growing non-profit is seeking high energy, passionate, and dedicated Sales professionals . They offer a base salary plus benefits, covered expenses, performance incentives, and growth opportunities.

 

Requirements & Responsibilities for the Sales Representative

  • Bachelor's degree, preferred
  • 2+ years of recent sales experience with a successful performance track record
  • Motivated to call on churches and Head Pastors to make announcements to their congregations about Bible-based courses offered at local schools
  • Increase the number of High School students enrolling in Bible-based elective courses
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven job stability and self-starter
  • Willingness to attend after-hours church functions to make presentations, as appointments require (typically only from October-March)
  • Driver's license and reliable vehicle to travel the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex

Compensation for the Sales Representative

  • Direct hire
  • Salary: $40-60K/year base + performance incentives
  • Benefits: Reimbursed expenses and mileage, employer-paid healthcare insurance, PTO
  • Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, lighter schedule Fridays (Wednesday evening and Sunday morning appointments likely during busy season from December-February)
