CornerStone's Professional Placement has partnered with a leader in Software Sales to help build out the Sales Development team. This role will provide the opportunity to be on the ground floor of their Inside Sales operation and make a visible impact on the organization as a whole.

Qualified candidates will have 1+ years’ experience in Technical Sales, with extensive experience cold calling. SDR’s have a fast track to promotion opportunities and many reps are promoted within 6-12 months. If you’re looking for a company to grow with, THIS is the role for you!

Requirements for the Sales Development Representative:

* Bachelor’s Degree is preferred

* Dynamic, high energy sales professional with successful experience in software/tech sales

* Minimum 1+ years of experience cold calling and scheduling appointments

* Demonstrated success in achievement or over-achievement of metrics and quota

* Excellent communication skills -- -written and verbal

* High integrity, work ethic, professionalism, trustworthy; assume "positive intent" and do the "right thing" for the organization, colleagues and clients
