CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Sales & Service Supervisor for a B2B electronic components supplier in Lewisville, Texas. The Sales & Service Supervisor will oversee an Inside Sales and Customer Service team that’s focused on providing a superior customer experience for their global customer base. You will be responsible for developing, coaching and managing these teams as well as assisting escalated customers. This position will need to maintain great relationships with customers and employees as well as sharing insights with partners and leadership on a weekly basis. Qualified Candidates should have extensive experience in call center management, experience leading a sales team and driving metrics. Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in call center management
  • 6+ years’ experience leading a sales/service team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Extensive experience utilizing metrics and reporting software
  • A relationship builder with great communication skills


Compensation

  • Direct Hire
  • $75K+ bonus
  • Monday-Friday 8-5, hybrid schedule (3 days WFH!)
  • Full Benefits package
