Sales Administrative Assistant
Cornerstone Professional Placement is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a full-time position for our client in Saginaw, TX. The Administrative Assistant will provide full administrative support to our client’s Sales team that will include functions such as CPS system support, Excel and PowerPoint expertise along with the maintenance of routing clerical records and keeping confidential information for the division. The ideal candidate will have the ability to type 40 WPM and have experience in the Windows environment including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes and Calendar.
Requirements for the Administrative Assistant
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years experience in administrative duties or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Experience within the Food industry is a plus
- 40 WPM
- Demonstrated proficiency in the Windows environment, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes, Calendar, and have basic internet navigation skills.
- High level verbal communication and interpersonal skills - must be able to handle sensitive and confidential situations - position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy
