CornerStone has partnered with a local Financial Servicing company in their search for a Retirement Solutions Manager to lead a team of 49 persons; Call Center, Training and Benefit Administration divisions. The company caters to non-profits, churches and ministries, so 403(b) plan and record keeping experience will be an essential part of the position. We are seeking a strong, results-oriented leader that will review processes and metrics to identify gaps and make changes that will improve production and efficiencies of the division. Our call center specialists are consultative, not transactional! We strive to provide superior customer service and want a leader focused on driving that initiative. They are a faith based, Christian non-profit, so their leadership will be a participant of conventions aligned with their business model and the clients they support.

Requirements of the Retirement Solutions Manager:

  • Bachelor degree
  • FINRA series 6,63, 26, if they don’t have the 26, must be able to obtain quickly
  • Must have 5+ years of experience managing a large team focused on assisting customers with a consultative approach and review of their retirement plan options
  • Must have experience hiring, training and mentoring staff
  • Complex recordkeeping is and system experience a plus
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
