CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Analyst for a municipal government client in the Fort Worth, Texas area. As the Regulatory Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for auditing fees, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and conducting detailed research to ensure accuracy of data. Qualified candidates will have a strong audit, compliance or government background, excellent written and verbal correspondence skills, and proficiency in Excel for data reconciliation. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with leadership on a key revenue-generating project with the potential for a full-time role and a collaborative, growth-oriented work environment.

Requirements & Responsibilities for the Regulatory Compliance Analyst:

·        Bachelor’s degree is preferred

·        3-5 years of work experience in audit, compliance, government or start up environments

·        The ability to adapt to ambiguity and create streamlined processes and procedures

·        Review and interpret Federal and State regulatory guidelines for contracts

·        Conduct due diligence, audits, and inspections of regulatory records

·        Draft clear, concise correspondence and investigate non-compliance issues

·        Analyze data using intermediate Excel skills and document findings

Compensation for the Regulatory Compliance Analyst:

·        Employment type: Contract through September (potential for full-time conversion)

·        Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (some flexibility available)

·        Pay: $33/hr (+/- based on experience)

·        Location: 100% on site during contract (Fort Worth, TX 76102). Potential for hybrid if converted to permanent
