Job Description

 We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead a team of 6 Field Sales Representatives in our Gulf Coast quadrant.   Our footprint in Fuel & Lubricant sales is well-established.   We are seeking a strong, hands-on manager to continue growth in sales to industrial construction, trucking companies and oil fracking companies.   Our National Sales Managers will collaborate with the Territory Manager to alert you to additional prospects and sales opportunities of client co-jointly servicing.    We are a down-home, small, work-family looking to add a new member.  Is that you?
Requirements for the Territory Sales Manager:
  • Bachelor Degree from Accredited University
  • 5+ years of Sales Management
  • Fuel and Lubricant Sales experience a must!  
  • Ability to travel through out the sales territory; 50% travel or more
  • Prior exposure leading a team; providing extensive  training and mentorship
  • Ability to create  value in our brand through exceptional customer service and continued relationship building with our clientele
  • Must be able to budget, monitor expenses and manage P&L
  • Bulk of the business is established and needs to be maintained and grown, cold calling new clients when visiting territories
