Recruiting Manager

The Recruiting Manager is responsible for team management and development of recruiting strategies. This working manager role will be responsible for managing a team of highly qualified recrutiers and build partnerships to fully understand the staffing strategy for the business.  This is an opportunity to join one of Dallas' homegrown company as they experience growth! Requirements of the Recruiting Manager
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • 8+ years of experience in recruiting
  • Experience managing a team of recruiters
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Experience with an applicant tracking system
  • Ability to use CareerBuilder, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.
  • Ability to manage usage and costs with 3rd party recruiting providers

Compensation for the Recruiting Manager
DIRECT HIRE! Salary depending on experience
