Job Description

Our office in the Mid-Cities area is seeking a Recruiter to join the team! In this role you provide full life cycle recruitment in a high volume call center environment. You will be responsible for identifying/sourcing, screening, interviewing, and processing candidates/applicants. 

  • 2+ years of Recruiting experience OR 3-5 years of Recruiting Coordinator experience preferably recruiting for call center roles
  • Proven proficiency with MS Office
  • Able to multi-task and work independently with little to no supervision
  • Experience scheduling interviews, performing background checks, and processing offer letters
