Job Title: Quality Assurance Project Coordinator

Location: Memphis, TN

Schedule: M-F, 8AM to 4PM CST

Duration: 6-12 Month Project Based on Business Needs

Pay Rate: $35/hr.

Job Duties:

• Facilitate the structured phase-out of a legacy Quality unit, ensuring alignment with internal compliance standards.
• Oversee the organization, evaluation, and categorization of drug-related documentation and quality archives for secure retention.
• Track and escalate project barriers, working with stakeholders to implement resolution strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional discussions with leadership to provide progress insights and milestone updates.
• Maintain detailed records of compliance-sensitive materials, ensuring adherence to governing policies for long-term storage.
• Operate independently within project guidelines, applying expertise in industry regulations and documentation best practices.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools for reporting, data management, and communication with key personnel.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to commute to onsite location in Memphis, TN (38141)
• 3+ years of project management experience (in pharma OR outside fields)
• Prior experience working on deadlines and handling project deliverables
• Prior experience reviewing drug products, quality records, and managing long-term file storage
• Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft PowerPoint + Excel
• Ability to work independently
