Quality Assurance Manager

CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager for a client in the manufacturing industry based in Fort Worth, TX. As the Quality Manager, you will work closely with operations and internal teams to maintain a Quality Management System, establish key performance indicators to develop team members and resolve any quality-related issues. Requirements for the Quality Assurance Manager:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

·       Minimum 5 years of experience in a Quality Management role within a manufacturing environment.

·       Strong background in quality control, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement with a proven track record of achieving strategic objectives.

·       Proficiency in QMS, MS Office Suite, and familiarity with ISO certification processes; ISO 9000 certification and/or Lean process improvement certification preferred.

·       Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with experience in root cause analysis and corrective action processes.

Compensation for the Quality Assurance Manager:

·       Direct Hire

·       Location: 100% Onsite in Fort Worth, TX

·       Salary Range: $70-$80K/yr. (+- BOE)
