We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst for a high end retail call center in Irving, TX. The Quality Assurance Analyst must have experience listening to calls, making suggestions to provide improve customer service, be personable and a great team player.  Experience with luxury brand retail is a huge plus!  This client offers a employment with a major retail brand and a rewarding work environment!  

Requirements of the Quality Assurance Analyst
  • Passionate about Quality Assurance
  • Familiarity with Luxury brands
  • High level of professionalism and an energetic spirit
  • Customer service experience
  • Previous experience as a call center QA analyst
  • Must be flexible to work any shift during their operating hours of M-F 8a-midnight , Sat 8a-11p, and Sun 9a-10p
Compensation for the Quality Assurance Analyst
  • Temp-to-hire
  • Pay:  $22/hr
