Customer Service Supervisor - Pharmaceuticals

Currently looking for a QA Customer Service Supervisor - Pharmaceuticals.  The Customer Service/QA Supervisor/ will be responsible for monitoring calls and providing answers to questions from customers and team members. Our client's office is in the heart of "boom-town" Frisco, and would be an excellent opportunity for  candidates with a lot of experience within the Pharmaceutical and/or Healthcare Industries! Requirements of the Customer Service Supervisor - Pharmaceuticals
  • College degree is preferred but not required. 
  • Pharmacy Tech certified is a plus
  • Previous leadership experience providing feedback, coaching and creating documentation within a call center setting
  • At least 3 years of experience in a lead or supervisory role
  • At least 3 years of telephone customer service experience within a healthcare or a pharmaceutical company
  • Experience and knowledge of pharmacy terminology, process of prior authorizations and claim processing
