**Overview:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator II to join our team on a fully remote basis. This role involves supporting project managers and teams, ensuring the smooth organization and execution of assigned projects. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of business principles, processes, and technology, along with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.


**Key Responsibilities:**


- **Communication:** Effectively communicate both orally and in writing with team members, stakeholders, and senior leadership.

- **Project Support:** Participate in project teams, updating schedules, milestones, and financials under the guidance of project managers.

- **Vendor Management:** Supervise contracted vendors, track contractual obligations, and initiate timely payments to optimize service execution.

- **Customer Service:** Maintain a strong customer service orientation, acting diplomatically in all interactions.

- **Budgeting:** Understand and manage the budgeting process, including capital expenditures (CapEx) and operational expenditures (OpEx).

- **Project Management:** Utilize PPM/Clarity project management tools to maintain milestones, budgets, and run reports.

- **Technical Skills:** Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables), Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

- **Organizational Skills:** Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to perform tasks with high accuracy.

- **Analytical Skills:** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly analyze data and situations.

- **Teamwork:** Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.

- **Pressure Management:** Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- **Software Proficiency:** Experience with PPM/Clarity project management tools and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
