Project Architect

Locations: Austin, Midland, Abilene, or Lubbock, TX

 

CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking motivated Project Architects for a full service engineering firm. As the Project Architect, you will be responsible for programming, conceptual design, preparing construction documentation, liaising with internal and external contacts, documentation, code review compliance, project submittals, and more. Qualified candidates will be Registered Architects with 5+ years of Architecture experience, and experience with Revit Architecture, Bluebeam, and Sketchup. This is an exciting direct hire opportunity to join a reputable engineering firm that offer great benefits, work culture, and career development. Relocation may even be available for the right candidate!

 

Requirements & Responsibilities for the Project Architect:

·        Registered Architect

·        5+ years of Architecture experience working on projects from conceptual design through completion of construction

·        Experience with K-12 design experience preferred in Austin, TX and experience with community-based projects preferred in Midland, Abilene, and Lubbock

·        Experience with Revit Architecture, Bluebeam, and Sketchup

·        Hands on experience with programming, conceptual design, preparing construction documentation, liaising with internal and external contacts, documentation, code review compliance, and project submittals

·        Excellent communication, relationship building, and presentation skills working with business development teams, clients, internal teams, municipal authorities, vendors, contractors, council members, and more

·        W-2 ONLY - No C2C, 1099, or visa sponsorship available!!!

 

Compensation for the Project Architect:

·        Employment type: Direct hire

·        Salary: $110K + bonus (+/- based on experience) (possible sign on bonus for the right candidate)

·        LocationsAustin, Midland, Abilene, or Lubbock, TX (relocation possible for the right candidate)

·        Hybrid: On-site 3 days/week and ability to go to construction sites when needed
