Production Supervisor

CornerStone Professional Placement is looking for a Production Supervisor for a manufacturing client located in the Fort Worth, TX area. In this position, you will oversee a team of production associates, manage workflows, and ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Requirements for the Production Supervisor:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory position in a manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with machinery and equipment used in manufacturing, such as cutting machines and assembly tools.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail and a focus on maintaining quality and safety.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Compensation for the Production Supervisor:

• Type: Direct Hire
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5pm
• Salary: $75k-85K/year (+/- based on experience)
• Location: Fort Worth, TX (100% On-site)
