Procurement Administrator

Seeking a Procurement Administrator for a non-profit client in Dallas, TX to help with purchasing supplies for community events.  The Purchasing Admin will be responsible for sourcing materials and services, issuing and approving requisitions and purchase orders, and creating and finalizing purchase contracts.  The Procurement Administrator will be reponsible for utilizing grant funding to purchase supplies for the community such as backpacks, water bottles, school supplies, etc.  The Buyer will be manage the supply chain policies and inventory system, perform spend analysis, and assist with administrative tasks as needed.  This is an exciting opportunity to work for a dynamic, fast-paced, non-profit organization that is a major contributor to the Dallas community!  This client offers temp-to-hire employment and competitive pay!

Requirements for the Procurement Administrator:
*     Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or related, required
*     2+ years of procurement/purchasing experience in a non-profit environment
*     Experience approving requisitions and purchase orders
*     Experience managing procurement activities and grant spending
*     Experience sourcing materials (plates, cups, paper towels, etc) and services and evaluating quotes and bids
*     Ability to manage supply chain tasks
*     Accounting experience
*     Intacct based purchasing software experience, helpful
*     Administrative skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation for the Procurement Administrator:
*     Temp-to-hire
*     $28.85-31.25/hr
