Job Description
CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Practice Support Liaison to join a reputable client in a long-term contract role. As a key member of the Provider Sales Organization at Biologics, the Practice Support Liaison (PSL) ensures smooth and effective interactions with healthcare providers (HCPs) and patients. This role is essential in delivering outstanding customer service to increase referrals. As the main post-onboarding point of contact, the PSL manages account needs, resolves issues, and supports long-term client relationships. Collaborating with field sales teams, the PSL responds to client inquiries, handles escalated support, and contributes to pharmacy growth by providing HCPs with best practices and relevant drug and disease information. Duration: Temporary / Long-term contract
Location: Remote, but must be local to Cary, NC
Pay Rate: $31/hour on W2
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
Experience: 3-5 years in pharmacy operations, customer service, or medical sales.
Preferred Certification: Pharmacy Technician certification
Skills:
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication.
· Strong organizational skills with multitasking ability.
· Knowledge of healthcare terminology, sales processes, and specialty pharmacy needs.
· Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and account management.
Client-focused with a strong service orientation and urgency for issue resolution.
