Job Description

CornerStone has partnered with a company in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, in their search for a Payroll Manager to handle weekly payroll, multi-state for up to staff of under 100 employees. They is a sole contributor role.  The will ensure associates payroll is coded correctly per the government contract job and task. They will pull time from an electronic time clock and then enter it and other data into ADP, creating job costs.   Some payroll is keyed for Asian international staff, but under U.S. rules. 
Requirements for the Payroll Manager:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • CIP a plus, but not required
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all departments
  • Generate reporting; quarterly reports, ACA reporting and handled complete payroll process from cradle to grave
  • Must have attention-to-detail
  • Experience working with ADP
  • Paycheck experience a plus
  • Must be able to work on-site, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
