Payroll Labor Compliance Analyst

CornerStone has partnered with a local company in their search for a Payroll Labor Compliance that is a SME in labor laws and experienced in reviewing Certified Payroll Reports for discrepancies, missing documentation and other pertinent information needed for reporting for the Inflation Reduction Act.  They will be reviewing certified payroll reporting and documentation through the LCP Tracker System, interacting with contractors and internal staff to fix errors and get needed documentation and training all parties on what is needed for compliance.  

Requirements for the Payroll Labor Compliance Analyst:
 
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Must have 2+ years or more of Certified Payroll experience
  • LCP Tracker background highly desired
  • Attention-to-detail required
  • Advanced Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in Viewpoint or comparable construction ERP system a must (Onedrive, Project Sight)
  • Must have excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with subcontractors, clients and internal staff
  • Must be well versed in labor compliance regulations on the state and federal level
