CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking two Operations Associates for a highly regarded client in the financial services industry based out of West Fort Worth. As the Operations Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with the administration of retirement plans, ensuring compliance with regulations, and engaging with customers as needed. Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of relevant work experience, a strong aptitude for math, a desire to work on a team, be detail-oriented, and be capable of completing a high volume of tasks with accuracy in a compliance-focused environment. Requirements for the Operations Associate:

• Minimum of a High school diploma
• 1+ years of relevant work experience in accounting, financial services, banking, operations, accounting, mortgage, or other similar fields
• Highly motivated professional with a strong interest in working on a team and engaging with customers
• Ability to multi-task, follow processes and procedures, and maintain high accuracy in a compliance-focused environment
• Strong aptitude for math, numbers, analytics, and compliance
• Proficiency in Excel including formulas as well as strong computer skills with a clear understanding of basic software functions

Compensation for the Operations Associate:

• Temp to Hire
• Location: 100% on-site in West Fort Worth, TX
• Pay: $24-28/hr (+/- based one experience)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shift between 7 AM and 7 PM
