CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a polished Office Manager for a client in Tempe, AZ. As the Office Manager, your main responsibilities will be payroll and reports, client correspondence and follow up, and light administrative duties. Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of relevant experience along with advanced QuickBooks and the ability to self-manage. Requirements for the Office Manager:

*    5+ years of relevant experience, prior accounting firm a PLUS

*    Advanced QuickBooks skills

*    Ability to multi-task and maintain a schedule

*    Strong verbal and written communication skills

 

Compensation for the Office Manager:

*    Direct hire employment

*    Salary: $55-65K/year + eligible for annual bonus

*    Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm (OT during Tax season) half day Fridays during summer

*    Location: 100% on-site in Tempe, AZ

*    Benefits: United Healthcare Medical and Vision (2 plan options) - Employer pays $550 towards premium, Safe Harbor 401K w/ 3% match after 1 year, paid holidays, PTO
