CornerStone's Professional Placement is seeking a part-time Office Manager for the IT Department of a college prep school in North Dallas.  As the Office Manager you will be responsible for assisting the Technology Department with various administrative tasks including communications, purchasing, invoicing, tracking work orders, and assisting students, parents, and faculty with IT questions. Qualified candidates must have 3+ years of office management or administrative experience, strong communication, organization and customer service skills, be highly detail oriented tracking data, and have computer competency to learn new systems quickly. Any IT experience is a major plus! This is an exciting direct hire opportunity to join a well renowned school with a great work environment and flexible hours!


Requirements for the Part-time Office Manager:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 3+ years of Office Management or Administrative experience
  • Exceptional communication, organization and customer service skills
  • highly detail oriented tracking data such as budgets, POs, invoices, work orders, etc.
  • Computer competency to learn new systems quickly
  • Any previous IT experience is a plus!

Compensation for the Part-time Office Manager:

  • Direct hire
  • Schedule: up to 30 hours/week - days and hours can vary
  • Location: majority on site - some WFH available on occasion
  • Salary: $22-27/hr
  • Benefits: this position is not eligible for healthcare benefits, but will be eligible for PTO
