Job Description

CornerStone has partnered with a company in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, in their search for an Office Administrator to support the corporate office and their staff of 7.   The desired candidate will handle all incoming calls, calendaring and travel for C-suite, handle incoming and outgoing mail or packages and ordering of supplies and inventory for the office.  They will collaborate with the Accounting and Contracts departments; assisting with ad hoc excel work, reviewing and proofreading contracts, etc. Due to the sensitive nature of materials and information viewed in contracts and other paperwork, we are seeking some able to keep confidentiality.    This individual will also help prepare presentations in PowerPoint for customers periodically.   

Requirements for the Office Administrator:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Advanced experience in Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all departments
  • Able to handle a heavy calendar for C-suite
  • Must be able to handle highly confidential information, as we handle government contracts
  • Must have attention-to-detail; able proofread contracts for errors
  • Able to order office supplies and gifts for customers
  • Must be able to work on-site, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
