CornerStone has partnered with a national mortgage company in their search for experienced mortgage recruiters well versed in recruiting loan originators on a national scale.   We are seeking candidates with 3+ years in the industry with a proven track record of success.   To pull in top talent to recruit for our company, we offer a very competitive base and also pay a bonus based the bps for all originators recruited that are tracked for the first 18 months of their employ.   Our recruiters average 150K more annually, with top performers nearing 500K.  To assist you in reaching candidates, we have a BI tool that pushes candidates your way, as well as 2 dialer team members.  If you are an aggressive recruiter wanting to have uncapped bonus capability, this position is for you.

Mortgage Recruiter Requirements:
  • 3+ years of Mortgage Recruitment with a solid understanding of mortgage lending terminology and recruiting processes
  • Must be able to exhibit prior success in sourcing, interviewing and hiring originators, financial analysts and other key positions in a mortgage lending company
  • Must be able to handle full cycle recruitment of sales originators all the way to onboarding
  • CRM experience
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Microsoft Office / Outlook
