Marketing Art Director (Creative) - Long-Term Contract


📍 Location: North Dallas, TX

💰 Pay Rate: $36-$39/hour

🕒 Duration: Long-term contract

 

Are you a creative visionary with a passion for design and storytelling? We’re looking for a Marketing Art Director to join our internal creative team! This role will play a key part in concepting, designing, and executing multi-channel marketing materials, supporting projects across print, digital, social media, packaging, and event marketing.

 

What You’ll Do:

🎨 Design & Art Direction Support

  • Develop branded assets such as flyers, brochures, signage, social media content, and campaign materials.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and fellow creatives to bring ideas to life.
  • Translate creative strategies into engaging visual solutions.
  • Ensure consistency across all materials, adhering to brand identity and guidelines.

📦 Packaging & Brand Identity

  • Assist in creating packaging artwork for beauty and consumer products.
  • Help maintain and evolve internal brand guidelines and templates.

🤝 Project Management & Collaboration

  • Manage multiple projects, adapting to shifting priorities and deadlines.
  • Work closely with teams across Brand, Marketing, HR, and Corporate Communications.
  • Track design deliverables and support project timelines.

 

What We’re Looking For:

?? 2-5 years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house).

?? Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

?? Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).

?? Strong portfolio showcasing clean, thoughtful design across multiple platforms.

?? Excellent communication and organizational skills.

?? Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

 

🎬 Bonus Skills: Experience with motion graphics, web design, or interactive media is a plus!
