CornerStone has partnered with a local company in their search for a Litigation Paralegal Manager.  The Litigation Paralegal Manager will assist program partners with the legal review of policies that are received escalating any concerns or red flags that need further attention by the attorney and general counsel. In addition, they will handle contract drafting, review claims forms, record requests, service of process and tender letters; in essence all documentation related to claims and the legal process. They will be responsible for managing all the minute books and documents for corporate governance and drafting resolutions. They will draft routine communications, disseminate documentation, handle presentations, etc. 


Requirements of Litigation Paralegal Manager:

  • Bachelor Degree from accredited institution
  • Paralegal Certification highly desired
  • 5+ years as a corporate paralegal supporting general counsel and up to 4 attorneys
  • 2-3+ years of litigation experience
  • PACER software experience a plus
  • Attention-to-detail a must! They will redline and review legal documents for areas of concern to escalate to the attorneys
  • Must have ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication experience required
